    Deep fried mini calzoncini pizza filled with ricotta cheese and ham on a bed of tomato sauce and a splash of parmesan cheese

    Supreme chicken cooked with onions, peas, marsala wine and finished with a touch of cream

    Pan fried sea bass served on a bed of veloute of mixed sea food finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

  • FILETTO AL CRUDO E MOZZARELLA

    Prime cut of beef cooked to your liking cooked with garlic, tomato, red wine topped with mozzarella, parma ham and baked in the oven
